STEP ONE, THE PART THAT IS ACTUALLY HARD
A collection is worthless if the art stops looking like your mascot. You upload one reference picture; the studio generates base candidates from that image, and you approve the one that is right before anything else happens.

Real output from a recorded generation run, not a mock-up. You see four candidates and lock the one you want; a faithful re-render mode is there too, for characters already drawn the way you want them. Crop your reference to one subject on a plain background before you upload it — the model reproduces what is in the frame, including anything left in by accident, so a stray edge from a turnaround sheet comes back in the artwork. The studio shows you four candidates and you lock one; the locked base never changes afterwards, so every token is built on the image you approved. Your own trait layers are then composed on top — that is the sample below.

Actual expression counts for this recipe. All other trait weights use the worked example’s settings.
The plan contains your recipe, trait counts and token DNA. Preview images reuse the sample artwork. The complete 54-token artwork and launch bundle below is the fixed worked example.
SAME CHARACTER. DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS.

FROM YOUR ART TO YOUR COLLECTION
Review the art at every step. Your approved base and collection rules stay fixed through the render.

Your artwork · your approvalStack transparent layers in the studio: layer order, weights, None chances, forbidden pairs, and a live feasibility check before anything renders.
Config-driven · reproducibleGenerate collision-free DNA, rarity ranks, distribution reports, a manifest, and provenance root.
Deterministic · auditableDownload the images, metadata, reports and launch CLI. Follow the included guide on your computer to launch through Metaplex Core.
Your files · your walletBUILT FOR SERIOUS DROPS
Launch tooling hashes and verifies every reviewed image and metadata file before upload.
If rules cannot satisfy supply, generation fails instead of weakening constraints or duplicating DNA.
Platform access is fixed-price. Budget separately for permanent storage, network fees and your collector mint page.
EARLY ACCESS · ONE-TIME PLATFORM FEE
No subscription and no mint-revenue percentage. Storage, RPC, and Solana transaction costs are separate.

The paid studio adds collection rules, full collection rendering, metadata, rarity reports and the launch bundle. Payment activates that workspace before export; the free proof sheet does not apply rarity or exclusions.

The Launch plan is a collection-production plan with launch tools. It does not buy a hosted mainnet storefront or launch assistance. Review the complete handoff in the sample bundle before purchasing.
Live in the browser today: the base studio, the deterministic trait composer, the render job with rarity and provenance reports, and the downloadable launch bundle. The launch itself is deliberately not in the browser — you run the mint CLI included in your bundle from your own machine, so GenFT never touches your keys. Rendered images and metadata are kept for your plan’s retention window and then deleted from our servers; the bundle you download is yours to keep. Platform fees activate your project workspace and included AI allowances; they do not include permanent storage, network fees, marketplace approval, or a promise of sales. By paying you accept the Terms & refund policy and Privacy notice.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
No. Authentication uses a readable sign-in message. Collection creation and Candy Machine authority remain with the wallet you control.
One project workspace, the plan’s supply ceiling, included base candidate sets, the trait composer, the deterministic render, rarity and provenance reports, and a downloadable launch bundle with Core launch configuration.
For your plan’s retention window — 7 days on Starter, 14 on Launch, 30 on Studio — counted from the moment the full render completes. The exact expiry date is shown on the Deliver step. After it passes, the images and metadata are deleted from our servers; the manifest, rarity, provenance and config files are kept so you can still verify what you were delivered. Download the bundle and keep it.
The devnet collector rehearsal can mint a test asset with your connected wallet after you load a verified launch file. Creating and loading the collection still uses the bundled CLI on your machine. Follow LAUNCH.md in your download, devnet first.
A production mint website is not included. Your bundle contains artwork, metadata, proofs and the CLI that creates your Core collection and Candy Machine. You can try the devnet collector rehearsal with test SOL; a public mainnet launch still needs a tested collector front end and operating plan. Budget for that separately.
Permanent decentralized storage, RPC service, Solana rent and transaction fees, priority fees, marketplace services, taxes, and third-party creative or legal review.
If nothing was ever sent to the provider, your candidate allowance comes back automatically. If a generation was submitted and we cannot tell whether it was charged, it is held for a human to reconcile against the provider's records rather than silently refunded or silently re-run — your allowance is not consumed twice. A completed on-chain payment cannot be un-sent, but that is separate from a refund: where the Terms provide for one, it is paid as a new transfer back to you.
No. You must review every candidate, confirm rights to inputs and outputs, and approve final artifacts. GenFT provides production tooling, not legal advice or guaranteed sales.
Trait categories with a layer order, transparent PNG values with relative weights, optional categories with a None chance, forbidden pairs between two values, collection settings (seed, symbol, royalty, description, external URL), and a live feasibility check that counts the legal combinations before you render. Deeper constraints — require rules, exact reserves, master-axis whitelists and one-of-ones — are config-only features of the engine, documented in the factory repo README; the collection.yaml in your bundle is a valid starting point for them.
